The cats (there are 2 primary cats) are integrated into the factory header. Stand on the passenger side of the car, look at the exhaust header, bank two is the cat towards the rear of the car.
Are you tring to replace the O2 sensor (bank 2, sensor 2)? If so, it is located on the mid pipe. Get under the car on the passenger side. You will see the header coming down and attaching to the mid pipe. Look about 10 inches or so down the mid pipe and in between the "frame rail" and mid pipe you will see the sensor sticking out. The connector, as mentioned earlier, is in the cabin under the passenger side carpet.
