I've been on this site for years from when I had a 1999 GS400 back in 2005 and now I am back!

I picked up a 2004 Lexus GS430 last night, pearl white/tan with ML, Navi, Wood wheel, chrome 17's, spoiler, etc.

I have a few quick cell phone shots but will be detailing it and will post some pics. It's originally from Texas, been in Illinois for a year and wasn't driven in winter. I just brought it home last night and had a fun drive to work this morning. I forgot how much I had missed my GS430.

I am coming from a 2002 Acura 3.5RL which I still have. Not sure if I'll be getting rid of it yet, might just keep both and have the wife drive the RL. I've had many Acura's over the years and am very active on Acurazine - this is my 2nd Lexus.

For those of you with similar cars, what was the original sticker price on something with these options? I would assume in the low to mid $50's, but just wanted to verify.

Anyway, just wanted to say hello; I'll be lurking around here now quite a bit.

Thanks!

After reading a few things on the site, now I can't wait to leave work and check my A/C filter.

Mine was gross. I don't think it was ever changed. How many miles are on it and how much did you pick her up for?

She sure is a beaut!

You could probably remove that Texas inspection sticker off of the front windshield. It's expired anyway.

Oh and your windshield wipers are in snow mode. Firmly push down on them to put them in summer mode - they'll hide under the hood.

It's got 116K on it. It was a one owner car from Texas up until 104K/April 2010, timing belt/water pump was done at the Lexus dealer at 90K. I got it for $10,800. Considering how rare they are here, KBB price ($13,800 private) and the market conditions, I am very happy with the price.

I just got it last night, I'll remove the sticker this weekend I read about the snow mode wipers this morning, my RL has the same thing. I will be pushing them down as soon as I get in the parking structure after work.

That's a nice GS430 the wood steering wheel would look at home in my GS4 lol... Any idea of where in Texas it originated maybe it was the same area as mines. There's good deals on 2nd GS here in TX.
