altho can't say exactly that one cuz its not my car & i dont kno who's it may be, i can tell you what i used to make mine like that. i was skeptical at first, but unless the sun is shining right into it and you are 2 feet away, it looks almost perfectly seamless & matching with the red plastic. you can't use any tail spray, most will distort the plastic so it doesnt have that crystal look liek the plastic. Testors (the model paint company) color Transparent Candy Apple Red works perfect. its really easy to apply too, taking the taillight out & doing it separate makes it childsplay. apply thin layers after each completely dries, and dont make it too thick. should let it sit overnight to dry completely if you can. best part is, if you mess up, want to redo, or gets too dirty, you can always use thinner to get it out. i had the luxury of having a friend's bodyshop painters do it while i hung out with my buddy. used it almost a year ago and never still doesnt look that bad. maybe i'll do it again soon to freshen it up...
u can get it at any hobby store, should run less than 10 bucks.
hope this helps. if u do it lemme kno how it turns out.
