Annoying rattle FOUND!!!
The next day I get up and pull the deck, just to try to find it, but to no avail. (I did tape up all the lose pieces, rca's together, anything I could think of!) Still, once I get on the freeway up to speed, mister good ol' rattle comes back! *Solution*
Today I had a passenger that is as **** as I am for rattles, and he helped me track it down....turns out that the cup holder was slightly out of alignment and rattling against the trim ring!!! He just gave it a slight push to align it, and no more rattle!! I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but let me tell you, it was EXTREMELY hard to locate!! Just sounded like it was coming from the center of the dash, and nothing I did helped it!!! Always happened once I hit freeway speeds, very seldom on the side streets. So, there ya go, if anyone else is having a phantom rattle, check the cup holder.
Now enjoying the quietest ride on the road..when not watching dvd's!

P.S. Removing the radio had nothing to do with the cupholder, you do not need to touch it to get it out...I installed it myself so I am pretty sure of that!
as CL doesn't see this type of stuff much anymore
Well doesn't that sound like a cry for help...
Don't you guys worry I'll back.....oh yeah I'll be back.
