I have a Jvc kw-nt3hdt in my car and everything works great, but the other day I went to use the Nav and notice there was no sound from the guidance. The music will be playing and when it is prompting me to make a turn, etc the music will pause and what should be the guidance talking there is silence.
I went into the options and turned up the volume all the way up. So I know it's not that. Anyone have any ideas?

 

I have the stock Mark Levinson system with navi in my car, and I am having the exact same problem. Music sounds great, but there is no voice guidance, even with the volume turned all the way up. I tried posting for help a few weeks ago, but got nothing. If you come up with anything please let me know.

 

Not really a GS issue. Probably more suited for the Car Audio section. Have you looked for a master reset?

Not saying it's a GS issue but Im sure I'm not the only person that drives a GS that has this radio. Well hopefully someone in here knows about and has installed one of these radios.
