check fuse. should be under the steering wheel, on the left side.

That's a good thing, isn't it. I disabled mine to save my high beam bulbs. Oh yeah, it looks better now, too.

Don't you guys have the parking light as a DRL? tiny bulb seperate from the hi-beam. Regardless, check the fuse and check the bulbs.

Nope, those small bulbs are the city (parking) lights. DRL are the high beams.

Does the 99 have DRL's? I have the 98 and it doesn't have them, just parking lights.

^^^ I have them on my 99 and they do run off the highbeam in a low voltage state during the day.

98's don't have them. 99+ do.
