I think bumper to bumper is a national chain. I bought mine from them came with gates belt and descent water pump cost me $237 + tax for timing belt, water pump, idler pulleys, and hydraulic tensioner and associated gaskets from them. take a look at rockauto to compare, you should also be able to get at least a 5% coupon for rockauto, as they throw these out for repeat buyers. Search around the internet, beg/borrow on a coupon forum
you need to compare the kits though, different ones come with different parts.
Technically, you don't need to replace any parts except for the belt itself...although you're inspection is supposed to reveal the parts you do need to replace.
