Default Timing Belt Kit

Looking to get the timing belt / water pump changed on my wife's RX330 this spring and was thinking of purchasing this kit from Rock Auto http://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo....421312&jsn=373 it includes a Hydraulic tensioner is this part necessary? Otherwise I can purchase the kit without. Your Opinions on this manufacturer Aisin?

I can't speak to the parts needed... but Aisin is a huge, well known parts supplier. They're also 30% owned by Toyota. So they've got that going for them. I'd not hesitate to use their parts.

Get the whole kit. You want to change all that at the same time and yes that's the brand of parts you want....

I just replaced mine on my '06 RX330 in October, 2015:
Amazon.com: Aisin TKT-026 Engine Timing Belt Kit with Water Pump: Automotive Amazon.com: Aisin TKT-026 Engine Timing Belt Kit with Water Pump: Automotive

Aisin is the OEM water pump manufacturer for the RX330, as well as a lot of other Toyota/Lexus vehicles (as previously stated).

If you get a kit without the tensioner, you can still do the job, but you'll have to compress the old tensioner. I've done it. Not that hard.

Are you trying to save money? I guess you don't need it, but the rest of the job is such a PITA that I wanted new parts in there.
