Please help! Speedometer light problem

Let me start by saying I suck at car repair knowledge...but I own a 99' lexus gs400. I've noticed that my speedometer light is extremely low. Even when i twist the **** to make the light brighter, it's still really low! Does anyone know how/where i can get this fixed? is this something i can fix on my own or is it best to take it to a lexus dealer?

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

this would be the same thing we all been moaning about for years not much you can do....search next time though this has been covered too
