Let me start by saying I suck at car repair knowledge...but I own a 99' lexus gs400. I've noticed that my speedometer light is extremely low. Even when i twist the **** to make the light brighter, it's still really low! Does anyone know how/where i can get this fixed? is this something i can fix on my own or is it best to take it to a lexus dealer?

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
