Default 18x8.5 + 40

Hi everyone, I have done a quick search but I'm confusing myself now , and the auction finishes soon. so if any one is awake at this time of day all help appreciated. question is will 18 x 8.5 with a + 40 offset fit a 2GS? I think it will but don't want to waste money if there's not a hope
Thanks in advance.

Hang on, you're in NSW (Aus)? Whereabouts are the wheels located?

Sunk in = not sitting flush with the guards.

it will fits but you will need at least 20mm spacers to make it looks flush with the fenders.

They are going to be more sunken in than the OEM 17 inch wheels for our car...

East or west? I'm down Sutho way. If you do go for them as stated above you'd need spacers to sit them out to the guards, pending how low (or even if) you're going to lower it.

I would love to lower it, I will drop it by an inch or 2 but i have 1km of dirt driveway that goes through a creek( has a causeway but the track keeps washing out with the rain we have had lately) so it wont be getting slammed any time soon.
