Default P1349 (Misfire)

Have read and posted on other threads, but wanted more exposure, so I'm sorry for the redundancy here... I've got a 99 GS3 w/ 160K miles on it, the timing belt was changed this past summer (at least a sticker's on the cover), I changed the oil and seafoamed when I got the car in Sept. I went on a 250 mile trip to Dallas from Houston for Thanksgiving, and she started idling rough and even died in a gas station parking lot.
I took it to have any codes pulled, and came up w/ P1349 (misfire.) From what I've read, it seems that the OCV is to blame. I think I'll start there, but don't want to trial and error it. Allthough I recognize this may be what's in store... "if it's got **** or tires, you're gonna have problems."

-also forgot to add that CEL, VSC, and VSC off lights are all on...

When the CEL light comes on, Lexus has a default method where the VSC and VSC lights come on too. So you are fine there.
