can any on tell me how do by pass my immobilizer or where the alarm brain is????

Default can any on tell me how do by pass my immobilizer or where the alarm brain is????
hey whats up ....well i ran int a problem with one of my cars I cant get the immobilizer to turn off.....door lock windows ....everything works just wont start .....just cranks....but if i disarm it with the key and turn the ignition right away it (the Car) will fire right up and then the alarm beeps and shuts it down...so does anyone know how I can bypass it....or turn it off permanently...or where the factory alarm brain/immobilizer is so I can just gut it out all together..I've tried everything I could think of and it seem's the car is out smarting me....

On my last car, the installer put a switch on the driver's side kick panel. GL
