never heard of this before.

Does it screw up your speedo since the gear changes?

Yeah people have been doing it for a while but for the most part have been using the 3.76 supra LSD rear diff. It doesnt screw up the speedo since your not changing tire size. Everything is the same except your rpms per MPH are a little higher.

i have an aristo LSD diff with the 3.76's and love it with the larger 19" wheels makes all the difference

I'd love to go the other way and put a 400 diff into my 300. I drive a LOT on the highway and wouldnt mind a slightly lower rpm and a few more mpg!

I assume you don't have a torque converter? I would think a TC plus a diff swap would make it pretty tough to get any traction...?

Yes. Don't have a torque convertor unfortunately. BTW how do you like the lextreme High stall? I'm looking at getting one soon!

Mine hasn't been installed yet, actually. Can't find the time -- but I have some vacation before Christmas and a guy to help me out, should go in then.
