i installed a new alpine nav and blue tooth radio in my 2003 gs300 i also replaced all the door speakers with 6 1/2 inch all the way around i hooked a amp and eq but i am gettting engine noise when my car starts ? I check all grounds wiring kit is rockford also rca cables all name brand stuff but caint think what the reason is behind it ? Any one having the same issues with an off the market radio install ?

 

Did you run the power cable and RCAs right next to each other?

 

No not at all.

 

rca and power wires on seperate side of car, i am running an apline head unit with nav and also a eq. The door speakers are 6 and 1/2 inch it seems i am getting feed back from the speakers when the car is started its a whinning sound louder as the car goes faster i will post pictures on the car when its done but just caint figure this out

 

i also followed the how to do it from this website tapin in to all speakie wires from the factory amp i have been checking everything all grounds and power rcas but the feed back seems its coming from the speakers that i just put on, on the doors

 

Is the car still using the factory amp or did you bypass it-

 

You got a ground loop problem... Isolate part by part.

 

i by passed the factory amp, I have an off the market amp pushing the speakers i will try to tear this car to pieices again thanks everyone for your advice.
