My driver headlight would not turn on random times or if it turns on and I drive for 20mins plus then turn off and try to turn it back on, it wont. So I assume that my ballast was going out and both ballast with aftermarket ones. After spending a good amount of the day removing the headlight and replacing the ballast, the problem coutinues. Some time it will turn on and sometimes it wont.
Any suggestions will be great.

 

that the ballast or bulb going bad try swamping with a working one and test if not then the ballast not getting enough voltage check voltage on the lends ....also on a slim chance check the fuse...sometime the fuse will blow at the end cap and you cant see it happen to you apply voltage to it and see a small spark arch

 

I changed both the ballasts and the bulbs on both sides...
