I have a quick question about my headlights as I am new to HID's. My driver's side headlight doesn't come on sometimes and I have to turn them off and back on to get it on. Would this be the bulb or the ballast going bad? Might there be some other issue?

 

Can anyone help before I waste money on something that isn't the problem? :-\

 

Swap your left and right bulbs ...... if you have the same symptom on the smae side it's the ballast.

If the problem switches sides then its your bulb.
