Sounds like a great deal. Private or CPO.

Thats seems to be a very good deal. I went with my brother to check out some CPO GS400 at a local lexus dealer a few weeks ago. They had a 1998 GS400 with navi but no 17s or spoiler, 39k, on sale for $32500 and they wouldn't budge off that price.

That sounds like an awesome deal! Just be sure to run a Car-Fax on it to make sure there are no "known" problems.

Default Not bad of a deal man

I bought my 2000 GS400 back in November. It had 40,000 miles, Hid, 17's, spoiler... Every option except for Nav. It was Spectra Blue in Mint Condition. I bought it for $28,500 due to the guy was in need of cash badly to meet a margin call. So I got very lucky... At the right place at the right time!!!!

The GS is at a Lexus dealership in the middle of nowhere. It has never been involved in any type of accident and is a certified vehicle.

Well guys, I just spoke with the used car manager at the dealership and he told me that the salesperson was totally wrong about the car. It so happens that, the GS has been in a side collision. Both of the driver's side doors were replaced. He would not disclose whether or not the frame was damaged.
I already own a GS4 (silver) but, I really want the blue GS. My girlfriend wants to keep the silver one. If you guys know of any spectra blue mica GS's for sale, please let me know. I will be more than happy to pay a finder's fee. I'm looking for a spectra blue GS400 with under 35k miles. Thanks, Mike D.

When all else fails, just put spectra blue racing stripes on your silver GS.

It would look great and sporty. On top of that, you get both the silver and spectra blue colors on your GS.

I'm just messin' with ya. Good luck.

Ethan
