Default Issues with 98 gs400

I just bought a 98 gs 400. It was 1 owner car and has 91000 miles on the car. I am just trying to get an idea of what issues they have and weak spots of the car. Vany help will really be appreciated.

Lower ball joints and outer tie rods should be changed on higher mileage cars. Sometimes the power steering pump develops a small leak and takes out the alternator (so I've heard). Change your tranny fluid, engine oil, air filter and spark plugs and you should be fine for a while.

Timing belt, water pump and associated pulleys... Whatever was supposed to be done at the 90k service maintenance...

Did you do a service check? That is to see what was done on the cra (how it was maintained over the years).

Mileage is very good for that age I must say... Carfax???

Car has clean carfax. I haven't checked the service report yet. I knwow she gave me the paperwork though. It was a 1 owner car and had been taken care of pretty well. I have also heard about the ac condensor leaking inside of the car.... What's goin on with this and what to do if it happens to my car?

I bought my 98 three years ago with 90k on it. It now has 169k. Here's what I've done:
90k service timing belt, water pump, etc. $650
Starter at 127k. $800
New struts (all 4) plus new ball joints and tie rods at 155k. $1300
New windshield at 100k since original was pitted pretty good. @$200
Change oil/filter with Mobil1 every 6500 miles. First three changes I also drained and filled transmission. Now do a drain and fill every other oil change. Oil analysis every other change, all is good.

Plan on keeping it another 100k and upgrading to the LS.

My car is a 98 and has almost 70k miles on it. Should I do the 90k service now or wait??

I'd wait, but I'm cheap.
My bigger concern given the age would be the water pump rather than the belt breaking. Watch for water leaks and drive it.
Actually, you rarely if ever hear of a belt breaking. A very small percentage actually break. Usually it is on cars that run them many more miles than recommended. If you are planning on selling the car I'd go ahead and do the service just to show potential buyers you've cared for the care and make it easier to sell.
