Default Side mirror - running wire

I got a pair of turn signal side mirrors from Nigel like last year. I got the side mirror to install on the driver side. I got the doom light to work by tapping into the door light. Now I need to run the turn signal wires from the door to the car. I searched but I don't think there is any thing out there for this DYI. If anyone out there already do this, can you tell me how you run the wire from the door to the car? I already have the wire to go through the side mirror into the door, but I don't know how to run the wire to the car body. Should I run the wire into the inside between the door metal and then fish it from the body through the black rubber tube that existing wires are running through? Do I need to remove the carpet inside the car, and if so, how? Right behind that black rubber tube to the car is the fuse box.

Please help.

Thanks,
Hung

I recently got the same LED mirrors, basically what i did, was that tapped the dome light, so the LED's come on when the doors open, then i ran the turn signals throw the door where black rubber tub is. When i did that, i couldn't find anywhere to tap into the front turn signals, so i had to take off the floor panels, right above the metal lexus plate is, and run it to the back turn signals. thru the trunk. It took me a couple hours to do, but it looks beautiful!

all you got to do is find the relay for the turn signals. Dont have my manual on me right now, but a few of my last cars' blinker relays were in the fuse box IN side the car just a few feet away from the mirrors a bit easier than going all the way to the back

oh and get a metal hanger. Cut the hook off, bend it straight and stick through that rubber boot carefully until you get it through. Then tape the hell out of the wire onto the hanger so you can pull it through (do same for both sided) and yes, you will need to pull the carpet up, VERY easy. Remove the plastic step guard and you'll see where the carpet hooks up by the door seal. Just start pulling and watch how everything is moving, you'll see how it all rolls out. Its real easy, just gotta watch how ever thing is moving. I dont remember having to removed my fuse box to run my new speaker wires through the door. Again, once the carpet and door are opened up, just run that hanger through until you see it coming through the car

Thank all for responding to my request. I will have to do it this weekend. About running the wire through the door, where would you place the wire so that it won't interfere with the window glass and the mechanical that moves the window up and down? I am thinking of open the speaker and run the wire through there. Is that good?

Thanks,

It's only a wire...it can be taped down or zipped tied so that it won't interfere with anything else.

i say use some electrical tape or zip ties and follow the existing wire that is used to move the mirror and tape/zip it around those wires all the way down and start hopping from one bulk of wires to the next because those wires lead to the door panel; just follow any wires that head toward the rubber boot and tpe them around them.

I got the wires to the inside of the car through the black rubber tube. I tried to locate the blinker relays. I could hear them clicking, but could not exactly locate where the sound actually came from. Is there wires under the door jams that are for the turn signal that I can tap to? I need to get a test light this weekend to finish it off. If anyone know what color would be for the left and right turn signal, please share.

Many thanks,
Hung
