Problems after problems
I have a 2000 gs400 67k, bought the car in july and ever since the more i drive it the more problems i had. First the ball joints then it was leaking, change the valve cover gasket, replace spark plugs. Now everytime i pull into my drive way and slowly brake as i go into my garage there's this clicking sound when i would press on the brake, thing is my brake pad's still good.
I don't think the car was built worse then any other Lexus,
It could just be that the person who owned it before you didn't take care of it.
Didn't do tune-ups or maybe even drove like a dumb ***.
Lucky when I got mine, the previous owner cared about his car
and when I got it, belts were new, oil was Mobile1 and he only had used platinum tip spark plugs.
If I was you I'd take it to Lexus have then see all the stuff wrong with it,
get a price then see if its worth fixing on your own or some where else.
But its your car and do what you feel is right.
