is there any after market fogs made from plastic my stock ones keep getting shattered....

 

How did you get them shattered?

 

Are your roads filled with debri? Seems pretty hard to shatter a fog light?

 

I had a crack on mine but shattered ? Hmmmmm whats the rest of the car looking like ?

 

Right! I've broken 2 fog lights hitting raccoons (1st one did $900 in damage) but even then the tabs broke but the glass was fine. Must be some big rocks flying around to break the glass.

I don't know of any aftermarket replacements for our fogs that would be more durable, sorry!

 

Damn! Racoons? Not sure if its even worth it with the deductible, but does your insurance cover it? I've never seen aftermarket foglights for the GS. Maybe just get 2 sets of used ones; 1 for a backup!

The GS seems to be a raccoon magnet, hadn't hit one in years and got 2 in 2 summers with the Lexus. The second one I hit was the 1st weekend I had the car out in the spring after getting the bumper fixed from the first raccoon incident. Luckily that one didn't really damage the bumper, just knocked the fog light out.

 

damn i had a crack in mine but it never shattered... then i just got new oem ones..

 

Word.. The debris is Crazy!!

 

i am thinking it was a rock i was driving from cali to arizona the first one was a four by four and it dented the rim as well. but this one there is nothing but the glass is shattered. and didnt hit anything???? i am thinking because they are lower in the body kit they get hit by rocks more...
