Default Upper Control Arm - stripped bolt!!!

When installing Daizen bushings, I referred to an incorrect reference for torque settings (83ft-lbs) and I stripped the bolt. Nut is on driver side near firewall, fairly difficult to access and bolt is not backing out
Does anyone have recommendations for removal and replacement?

Default problem clarification - bolt threads stripped

Pics tell nothing as everything looks normal. tightened too much (thought 83ft-lbs was correct) and now torque is gone. bolt threads appear to be stripped - not hex head. Any way to extract bolt?

Thought I might reassemble and let Lexus/toyota dealer fix bolt only

a flat head screwdriver and air gun pry it out will you are trying to back it out with the air gun it might work. or get a two jaw puller and try and push a smaller bolt thru the other side to push it out

So you can't you remove it? I had an incident similar to where I stripped the thread on the upper control arm itself, and I had problems putting it in, not taking it out. If you do get it out, you can get someone to rethread the upper control arm as its probably going to be damaged.
