i just got my gs and the light on the dash is on for one of the rear bulbs not working .i noticed that all the bulbs was working properly when i checked and the light by the rear winshield wasnt coming off once the lights were on but if i turned the lights off it would come off. what can cause that? and can it cause the vsc and abs and vsc off lights to come on the dash also

 

hey bro get your punctuation right youll get more response when people know what your sayin the light stayin on is usually the switch near the brake pedal but it cant cause vsc and abs gl

LMAO, I guess you could call this English 101. Okay so what now, the come off and turn off and the....Wait let me look at this again: The brake light that is inside the car isn't staying on when you have not engaged the brakes? Or are you saying that it doesn't come on when you turn on the lights?

 

i am saying that the indicator light on the dash that shows one of the lights in the back is blown shows up but all the tail lights are working fine the only problem is the break light by the windshield stays on without me stepping on the breaks

 

its either the light failure sensor the light or the wire between them and no this is not related to vss and abs so go scan your error codes

 

the check engine light came on today and it said the brake switch and i think it has to do with the vsc and other lights coming on. cause when the headlights are off none of the vsc and abs and vsc lights come on and when i turn on the headlight all the lights on the dash come on together

 

I think you should start at brake switch and work you way to issue...
