**what does cl use to clean there lights**
i tried plast-x, wasnt harsh enough to clean mine. i bought a permatex headlight restoration kit which comes with different grit sandpaper and some polish, but wasnt keen/patient enough to use the sandpaper.
so i just grabbed some Meguirs wheel polish stuff (small tin, pink waxy stuff) and used that, it really took it off.
they cloud up again over a month or so, but if i hit them every couple of weeks with plast-x and just rub them over they stay pretty clear for a while.
basically just a mild polish is what you want (thats why people suggest toothpaste cause thats the same)

CV Headlight Cleaner.
CV = Crystal View.
We use this at Wal-Mart and charge $40 for the service.
However you can buy the package and do it yourself for $20, also at Wally Word
Works fine, and it's all done by hand, which I prefer...
You can dig too deep with powertools.
Just my two cents.
