This is Definitely a Control/Caster Arm issue.

You can get the 03-05 updated/stronger No.2 LCA's, also known as the Caster Arms, from Lexus of Pembroke Pines 1-888-373-4470. They have the Best prices around. Talk to Dennis and make sure you get the Caster/#2 Arm both Left and Right side part#s, then order online at www.trademotion.com

These bolt on Very easily, you can do it in your driveway, or a mechanic can put these on in 20min if on a rack. You will be very happy with the results.
Don't waste any more time on looking at brakes, lug nuts, wheel weights etc., I am 99% sure those are not your problem.

Good Luck.

I had vibrations at one point while braking, and it was due to a slightly warped rotor, took it to my mechanic friend and he cut the rotors to smooth it out a little but i ended getting new rotors to completely solve the problem. it's a good excuse to upgrade rotors/lines

Took the fall and spent whatever money I had and replaced almost everything besides the brakes rotors, brake pads, and brake fluid. Only getting pulsation from the brake pedal now. Steering wheel shake is nearly gone, but I am positive it's just a tire that's out of balance as it comes at 60 mph and goes at around 75 mph.

I replaced the LBJs, control arms, steering bushing, power steering fluid, tie rods, and I have tires on the way. My current tires are illegal as they have virtually no tread left Once those tires are mounted I'll be getting a balance and alignment. And I also tightened the steering pre-tensioner. Got all of this done yesterday in my driveway and it was ****ing cold.

Check your CV joints, that's usually what clicks if anything's clicking while turning.
