hey all. not really a new member but i finally got a lexus. 2004 gs300 to be exact. i was wondering how i can get a couple club lexus stickers which im sure you guys have. thanks

 

Club Lexus stopped making them due to copyright

So we can all buy their cars. Spend thousands of dollars modding them to draw more interest in them. Have a website named Club Lexus where we not only spend all day talking about the cars but also spend money on parts and such. But we can not have a sticker because of copyright? There has to be a way that we can get this done I want a sticker too.

Well I believe we can have any sticker we want that says Lexus, what the problem is was that it was using the Lexus "L" with the circle and at the same time it was being made for profit, maybe not to the site, but to who ever was making them...
That doesnt mean we cant go to a local "sticker maker" and have them make one for us.... (I'm not suggesting or condoning that)


This is the one that was being used (this was the quickest one i could find, but you can still make it out) and obviously is on James's car

I want one of those stickers too. I know a guy who makes em so Ill just get him to make me one. I doubt Ill get in trouble with anyone lol.

 

I dont think its the user who gets in trouble, just the maker. I THINK the loophole in the law is that you can make them and use them, but cant sell them. But I dont know. I want one too
