Do you have aggressive camber?
Those of you with more than 3degrees of camber..
Is aftermarket camber adjustment necessary?
Did you just buy upper control arms or with the added camber do you need toe links too?
Who makes the best options for 2GS?
any reason to have anything more than those 2 adjustable links in the rear?
What about up front for camber control? (I'm new to the double wishbone stuff.. no camber plates?!) Toe is done with tie rods up front, so thats ok, right?

I'm maxxed out at -4 degrees up front and -5.5 degrees in the back.
I'm also running 20's though, and so if your slammed and running a 19 or 18 obviously your camber on stock components will be greater because you should be theoretically lower if your components are maxxed out.
I'm not running any aftermarket arms... just coilovers and daily driven that way. Know that you will need to replace your arms every 50K vs 100K for safety purposes (at least I do)... just not worth totaling a car in motion over a part that cost $125-150 / pair.

^^ that seems like a lot of camber! im all the way down on my Tein SS's with 20's and ony have -2.2 in teh front and -3.1 in the rear (with the stock camber bolts maxed)....ive already had to flip my rear tires (400 treadwear 285's) because they were bald on the insides. 285/30/20's arent cheap, so im going the adjustable RCA route soon.
so yes, -3 will chew up tires pretty quick. my toe is in spec and my tires have lasted 6 months almost to the day.

depends on your wheel size. Im on 20s now....and I got 1 finger gap in the rear. I installed the rear SAGE adjustable RCA...using the center insert hole...and i was within spec. I also was curious and installed using the other insert...with the hole providing the most + camber....and by just eyeballing my wheels...I knew I had too much positive camber....LOL!!! Switched back to the center insert hole immediately.
I'd imagine if I was on 19s or 18s...and lowered the car even more to eliminate the gap...I'd probably have to use that insert that provided the most positive camber setting to be within spec.
I probably will be doing this soon. I have 19" Work VS-KFs sitting in the garage collecting dust right now.

i just did my alignment today.
at my ride height, max + camber in the rear for me was -3.5
toe was set to spec
front max + camber is -3.0
toe set to spec too
leave negative camber yo, looks more sick that way

i think you guys are missing his point a little. he is saying for those with -3 or more, do you need toe arms to get the toe back 'okay' so you dont just lunch tyres in a couple weeks! he isnt asking about less than that, or RCAs to get rid of it or whatever.
but yeah i think you can say that they arent necessary really. but imo just get your car setup how you want then just see how it is. if toe is too much, then look for arms.
btw i daily my car on 19s with -2.5 all round and have been on them for like a year daily driven and havent even flipped them yet! i seem to get great wear...

Yeah thanks Ant.
I like my camber where it is, the only reason I'm asking is because I have stock arms but apparently my camber runs out on one side before the other. And the retards at NTB can't get it even.
I think its just NTB being lazy/retarded/underpaid/undereducated/hating their jobs..

Well the camber was even before I damaged the upright(knuckle) on that side. I replaced it and NOW they can't get it even and the repaired side has too much posi camber (rubs fender.. I can't read the tire brand anymore, haha)
A shop did the repair and didn't notice anything else was bent/damaged..
I guess I need to have someone a little more experienced look at it to see if something is still bent. I can't SEE anything that looks bent though..
I'm just wondering if i need aftermarket arms to get it back right (easy fix).. or just take it to Mr Awesome at the Lexus dealer in Grapevine.
