Really?? I hear that TSX lenses on LS430 projectors makes a huge difference for cutoff. I guess I'm glad I didn't have the extra work performed then.
Mine didn't make that much of a difference, if any at all. I should have bent the shield to see if I would gain anything out of it, but I didn't want to have to take apart my headlights again.
At the time, the general thought was that the TSX clear lens didn't that much of a difference. Mind you this was years ago so I don't know if things have changed.
it was xeon depot? it's not as expensive as philip, but not a very cheap one either. im actually thinking of going back to oem.
The xenon depot sets are pretty much the same as the ebay sellers. Their stuff might be slightly higher quality(just a hair, and a very thin hair at that), but it is still all made in China. Some factories there tend to be a little too lax about quality control lol. I'm Chinese and I deal with factories over there at times so you have to watch for that kinda stuff. The only real advantage of Xenon depot is that they provide you with a real warranty. That's basically the price premium you're paying for, but I think they use the same parts manufacturer as the ebay sellers.
