Default Wheel Hub Assembly

Does anyone know where to get these for the rear of the car for a good price? Lexus wants $300 per side. Somehow mines needs to be replaced and the shop is telling me its because I have "20s" on the car.... WTF??? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

its true. big wheels and/or spacers put more stress on the bearings. im not sure if the lexus ones can have the bearings pressed out and new ones pressed in.
research that out becuz its gonna be cheaper to replace just the bearings

The problem here is that I have replaced the bearings for the second time within a 3 week time frame and now they are say that the spindle is "warped". It just doesn't make since.

what would be the indication of wheel bearing going bad? wouldn't it be noticeable with stock wheels as well?

bad wheel bearings will sound like:
loud humming. sound increase as speed increase.
sounds like a propeller kinda.
WOO WOO WOO WOO WOO

It could be the TIRES that you have on... some cases cheap tires does that...

There is a possibility that the installer pressed the bearings in too far essentially destroying the new bearing.

thanks for helping guys.

I asked the installer after he pressed the bearing if there is anyway he can screw it up. He said that there isnt anyway to screw up cuz there is a stopping point on the hub and he has to press the bearing up to that point.

But how am i to know if he pressed it properly??? Should i take the whole assembly back to him??? I will take the car to get another inspection and we can go from there, i guess...

What sound are you hearing? or how about feeling? I know that hum can come from the rear end too... just something to add to the guess list
