Default Won a SRT intake on eBay

I was bidding on used SRT intake for my 02 GS430 and it came down to the wire with me and someone else bidding back and forth, i turned up winning the system for $368 after shipping!!! I didnt want to pay that much honestly, but hey I couldnt let him beat me ... I already paid for it I hope its worth it, you guys with the SRT on our V8's What do you think?

THese units are $500 new on certain sites. sounds like a good deal.. The K&N intake system is pretty cheap on ebay to.. GL..

thats the thing, if I would have done that I would have gotten it for $145, but I bid a 4 minutes, not realizing it said 4 minutes till afterwards..I wonder why so many people want these but sell them afterwards? What am I missing?

I think its people parting out their cars or people realizing that the regular intake safc, combo can make more hp and can be cheaper.

my frend sold it cuz it sets off CEL

Yeah, that was one of the reason's I actually sought out for a SRT intake, no CEL the only down I found was for loosing lower end torque, but I have a PI Torque Converter and 3.76 LSD so im not too worried about it. I figure put this in throw in some TM spark plugs and the S&S Headers, and i'll be ok..

is this on your 3gen GS? I tried the pipe but never tried to custom tune it.

Couldnt be on a 3GS they have only been around for 3 years he said he's been running SRT for 5
I was thinking about the Apex Neo, but maybe later on after I get the headers in..
