Default Starlight Headliner?

Any1 do this to their car? more pictures and some instruction/tips? I think it would be awesome in the 2gs. im wondering how it is done. either with many LED's or with one light source and many lenses

Also could be fiber optic. Alot of fake cristmas trees use fiber optics with lights that contnuously twinkle.

Agreed. Can you imagine how many wires there would be in the headliner if they were LEDs?

These are usually done with Fiber Optics.

He used fiber optics for the headliner, no way those can be LED's. To make it work is very time consuming as you have to make holes for the fiber optics and you have to trim them later on for it to look flush on the headliner. Lots of work needed but as you can see the end product is breath taking. lol.

A lot of folks do something similar to this in their home theaters; several options / approaches if you check on home theater forums.

Looks pretty cool in a car. Not something I would ever consider doing in mine, but definitely a neat touch for a show car.

That's pretty tight for a VIP show car. One of those things that looks amazing in a car like that but would look really out of place in a stock or lightly modded car. I like it in that LS!

like mr exec said. its fiber optics. i know first hand, this is a very expensive mod and it can be very time consuming.
