Ok so I recently did painted my headlight bezels black but no the auto levling indicator is on but the thing is the indicator was on even before i have did the project. Is there anyway to fix this at all? Heres a pic of its a pic of a headlight with arrows pointing up and down srry for the bad pic but thats the best i could get.

 

I would have to say that you have a bad height sensor. Unless your car has been into an accident, or if something in your headlight is unplugged, it is the height sensor.

 

No the car is accident free and all the plugs are conected. Is there any other fix?

 

You need to replace the height sensor. Some models have 2 or 3.....but I believe the GS with factory HID's only have 1 height sensor on the rear, and is pretty simple to replace. I would definately go with an OEM sensor however. Save yourself a few bucks and replace it yourself!

Sorry to jack thread. Anyone knows how to adjust the height sensor? Which way is to adjust the auto-leveler go up or down? THanks in advance.
