Don't blame Lexus of America because all japanese cars are like that. If you wanna blame, blame the import duty and taxes on import cars. Who doesn't want a new NSX for 70k?
Oops, I completely forgot about all that stuff...

Now it's time to blame the US...

Skyline = G35. You can just buy it at your local Infiniti dealer.

If you are referring to Skyline GT-R, for V Spec, brand new, only $95500.

I think he's talking about how much a GT-R costs in Japan.

Base GT-R, V-Spec II, M-Spec costs anywhere from 39k~ 46k. You can drool now

One thing I hate about U.S., it's so freaking hard to import a car!

2000' brand new Skyline GTR R34 VSPEC2 in Japan would run you close to 46K. Even less if you pick it up from Dubai, UAE. However, one way or another you will end up at MotoRex who is the ONLY facility in the US that can make your car "legal" for the US roads. Their prices are ridiculous and if you bring them a nice R34 for half what they charge, they will rack you up a bill that will either way come to 90K. If you wanna play, you will have to pay.......

I can understand why Motorex's price is so steep after they crash so many cars for the safety test and etc. But 95k for Skyline GT-R....
