it's the floater in the tank. I believe it's attached to the filler neck.

why on earth would you replace your fuel pump??

the reason why i replace the fuel pump assembly is cus i thought that there was only 1 lever but i guess there is 2

anyone know where the fuel gauge level is located? do i have to drop the whole tank to get to it?

i think i need the leveler on the bottom of the pic

Bump does any one have a solution to this problem i am now just expiriencing the same exact problem. Gauge has been tested, sending units have been replaced, and floater is new. This problem started to happen after my fuel pump was replaced. I just took it to the lexus dealer to have them trouble shoot it and after 3 days they cannot figure it out. they told me it can be electrical and can cost 200 for the test alone plus 125 for the initial check. anyone have any solutions?
