hello, my 00' gs 300 recently had this problem. even when i put on my seatbelt, the seat belt light still blinks. i am wondering how can i fix that problem. is it anything major or do i juts have to reset soemthing. any help will be great, thanks guys

Try resetting the ECU. Discount the power wire from your battery for about 10mins then reconnect it.

 

if it still stays on, then u need a new buckle....

 

yeah i disconnected the battery for 10minutes and the light still stays on. so i needa get a new buckle, sucks..... u guys are forsure right? thanks. if anyone has other suggestions please tell me, and i wonder if replacing it is easy..

 

are you sure its not the passengers light that is blinking?

 

yeah im sure. i got the problem fixed. i swapped over the buckles and it works. now i gotta buy a new one for the passenger... thanks a lot guys for all the help
