IM in the process of choosing a bodykit and i like the win and vertex. My question is ...Is the revolution style kits ive seen just a knock off win kit ?

 

With a name like revolution it probably is. Post a pic of the kit so we can help you determine what it's a knockoff of.

 

Yes the revolution it is knock off of the WIN, and from what ive heard it fits like crap. I had the WIN kit and it fit like a glove. When I took it to the body shop he put the front bumper on and was extremely surprised he didnt have 2 days of fitting ahead of him, same with sides and rear. One thing though, this kit sits very LOW, probably the lowest for the 2GS. And the front part of the side skirts are the lowest part of the kit. just an fyi.

Yea, stay away from knock knock knockoffs especially for body kits. When I had my Tom's front bumper installed the guy said it fit like it was OEM. He told me that some people take cars to him with knockoff kits and it's so much work to make it fit right that it's not worth it.

 

vertex is a great sporty kit for the GS. I havent heard of a long wait for that kit
