I was going to install the headers myself, they're not that tough right? With all the coilover options sounds like it would be easier to find out which ones to stay away from, which ones should I avoid?

unless you're planning on dropping your GS, i'd say to replace the stock shocks with bilsteins or kyb's. with the remaining cash, maybe look into some ICE?
