can anyone maybe post up a picture of their highbeam 9005 lights, either turned off showing the yellow reflection on the bowl or just on? looking into replacing mine for yellows. thanks

 

Here ya go. Kinda hard to tell, but they are yellow.

 

these are with noyka yellow bulbs. these are with piaa ion yellow.it has like a rainbow effect.cant tell by the pic.

 

the top pic are those running 50% voltage or are they full?

 

 

crispy are your wedge bulbs yellow as well? what brand bulbs are those? that's the look i'm looking for, thanks for the pics

 

Wow, I wish I had joined CL a while ago. I have done mods that I knew of/found online, but I am seeing here exactly what I have been trying to find. The projector HIDs w/yellow is hott.. bravo. I installed the OEM yellow fog housing and put LED peanuts in the 9005 housing. Purple PIAA bulbs that look close to a 6k HID for low beam. Where can I find the low beam projector assembly?!

 

9005 high beams are Nokya Yellow
194 wedge bulbs are Raybrig something. I think PIAA Ion Yellows match the stock fogs much better.

The projectors are custom fitted from an 04-06 LS430.

 

Very nice. Are alot of guys doing custom projector jobs on the GS? what Kalvin HID do u have?

Not to bring this back from the dead or anything but... I was planning to do this with yellow foglight film on the high beams. I can't find anyone that has done this mod.
