I have been looking into the Camcon vvti controller and from what I undertstand if you want it to control your vvti on the GS4xx you need to get 2. The camcon can only handle 4 or 6 cyl engines with one unit.

Yes, it's only made for a 4 or 6cyl. That is the reason I suggested this unit to fordsvtmfl, since he has a 2jz.
Now, about the camcon working on 1uz's if you buy two, I am not sure.
I have heard pepole mention that, but I find it hard to belive. If it can control the vvt on the 1uz, then why not just jump it insted of buying two?

^ link or bridge the connections together since they have to work in sync any way.

hey...sorry to dig this back up, but how do you get the ecu re flashed/how much is it? and just to double check, besides a stand alone, that is the only way to raise the rev limit right?
Thanks

So what kind of benefit will you get with the CAMCON? I have a 2nd gen 430 and was planning to get the neo until I read this thread. VVTi controller isn't that same thing as V-TEC ? I mean, can't you activate the VVTi using the V-TEC controller?
