Leveling headlights question

Leveling headlights question

I had to buy another headlight for my passenger side of my 98 GS400. I have the pdf file on how to level the headlights, however the replacement light is from a newer GS (has the green tint) and has 2 levels w/bubbles in them as compared to my original light which only has 1.

Anyone know what the second level is for, the brights maybe?

I'm pretty certain the new one (with the 2 levels) isn't HID, at least it's not supposed to be.

Awesome. Thanks for that. I must have the old pdf file on how to adjust the headlights, since it only shows the model with the single level in it.
