Hey guys for the past 5+ months since I had my car and then one night i happened to go outside to move my car into the garage and I noticed that when i had turned on the headlights it came on then moved up now is that the autolevel light I hear about? If so I thought it came only on the newer gs300/400 oh and again mine is a 98 but anyways I plan to switch them out for newer cleaner lenses headlights maybe from depot but what is this I hear about it being non hid because I think my car has OEM hid are they saying that hids wont fit on those headlights? On top of that I was thinking if when I do get the new headlights I was thinking about doing that Retro fit headlight conversion the one that looks like the gallet gun LOL the ones with all those circles what all would I need and how much am I looking on spending any help would be greatly appriciated thanks guys

 

All year GS if equipped with hid are autoleveling.

Neither aftermarket headlights nor oem non-hid housings have autolevel.

 

Dont swap them out for anything but oem replacement lamps if you want to keep the auto leveling.

I have a 98gs4 and I got mine buffed out and they look like brand new.

It actually improved the light quality they were so badly clouded.

I found some replacements on ebay recently... HID headlghts with ballast and autolevel... I've looked for a long time and finally found some... If your doing a retro they be had online for $150 to $200
