I have a constant grinding noise coming from the front wheel while moving. Doesn't get louder with braking.

Wheel bearing?

 

Simple test. Turn towards the noise. If it gets louder, its your wheel bearing. If you turn away from it and it gets quiet, you've gotta get a newone.

Good chance its wheel bearing. Typically brakes dont grind unless the pads are shot and you're hard on the brakes.
