As far as I know that is a chrome trunk bar for a 98+ gs300/400/430

I looked around and found out that they are all the same sizes. Why it does not fit.. I do not know at all.

I understand how you feel but I cannot understand how that is the wrong part. You can feel free to leave a negative feedback about me, that is your right on this forum but believe me when I say that this part is for the 2nd gen GS.


How can I hide? I dont want the mods to lock this just because im stating I have an online business because I do! How else can I defend myself? ask ANYONE that knows me or has done business with me. I have PAID for 1 business day shipping to make things right to customers that have gotten missing pieces in new items and taken a loss just to make them happy. Ask a moderator on Houston-imports.com/forums named DORIAN about how I work. I spent $45 for 1 day shipping on a part two ways just to make it right. I lost $8 in the process and made no profit!

I cannot help but feel like I am the one that is the victim here! I mean WHAT?! I have had this whole "Switcheroo" thing done to me before with headlights. Messedup. The person did not get anything back because they were wrong and paypal recognized that. I know how to play the paypal dispute game.

If you want to escalate your paypal dispute feel free to do so as I have enough backing as a 100% reputable seller with over 150+ positive proven transactions on the internet to show to paypal my character.

I have all PM's saved in my inbox as well.

Drew this is messedup of you, you didnt even pay me in the correct funds but I just let it slide. You paid me in Canadian dollars and i lost even more money off this sale by shipping to canada. I could have just given it to someone in New Jersey and saved myself the trouble of calculating foreign shipping as well as creating the customs labels for it! I lost out on money for paypal fees as well as conversion rate fees FOR THE LOSE.

I never should have sold it to you, i try not to sell to people with low postcounts and without vouches but i figured itd be okay since it was a small item. Lucky me.

 

Buddy, with all this been said, what exactly do you want me to do with this wrong part you sent me, i have pic above to prove it to you that its the wrong part. I never purchased a crome bar from anyone and the one you sent me is the real one above and im showing it to you that it dont fit. What do you wnat me to do with this that dont fit? I want my money back or you send me what i bought. i have given you nuff time. I paid you received and now you tell me that i paid in Can funds. How would anyone keep the wrong part for a few bucks as far as exchange. I was not gonna open up to the public who you are so there you did it your self. it looks like its the same part that you received, so don't think there could have been a "switcheroo" on your part, drew.

 

The person who made the original sale is an upstanding guy (Nate579). If he says that the trunk bar was on his GS then it was.

it doesn't really matter what kind of rating any of them has. the point is the item does not fit. so, what now?
seller is saying its been switched and buyer is saying its not been switched and does not fit. if jstuff bought this from another member, did he try it on before selling? hnece, is he sure that he himself did not get the wrong part from the original seller?
if there is no way to find out that he didn't switch it, then sorry to say jstuff but u most likely will be the one to suck this up.
i hope u guys can find an amicable resolution to this issue.

By the way, oohpapi44, that pic you just displayed is of that trunk piece installed only with the two middle screws in which in his case its overlapping the middle. Having to say that, the bar leaves a gap on the top and dont look good. the other 4 unused holes(cause they dont line up) will leak water inside the trunk. If that is the pic of the bar that i have, then he sold it cause he didnt like the way it looked. I bet. here a pic of what the bar should look as far as my original as opposed to the one he sold.

You can clearly tell that it over lapping the inside box of the trunk design.... Not made for it
