It mounts up just fine. That is about where the simillarity ends. You will need to find a way to control the 4 speed Aristo trans. as the GS trans. is a five speed. After you have done that, you will need at least the front half of an Aristo or Supra driveshaft. Because on the Aristo trans. where the driveshaft bolts to the trans. the holes on the yoke are about 1/2 and inch further off center than the GS trans. and you cannot swap yokes because the GS yoke is bigger than the Aristo.

Well, that I don't know the answer to 100%. Obviously, the Aristo driveshaft is the one that would be best suited for the job. Now, since the auto TT Supra and Aristo use the same 4 speed trans., I'm hoping that the Auto TT Supra driveshaft will work. (As these would be more readily available than the aristo.) I will let you know for sure tomorrow or Tuesday if it will work. Also, since the Aristo trans. is a 4 speed trans., you will need to make sure that you get the Aristo shift linkage with it. Because the GS linkage is about 1-1 1/2 inches longer than the Aristo.

watch out for the dumb ****s that give advice on t his forum they usually talk out of their asses, as it seems in this case.. the yokes can be found in the sc400, and if im not mistaken you can use the sc400 drive shaft. shifting would have either way not been a prob so long as you have aristo ecu ... all is the same,, probs with ob1 engine in 0bd2 car will be your cluster not much will work....

There is no shift linkage Baboso ,, only a shift "rod" and they are the same . I have aristo tranny if you need it .. Additionally , sc400 and gs400 drive shafts are the same and will work in your gs with aristo trans ..
And I was obviously referring to you .. Rather than spitting out **** you think might work . Just stay quiet and let people who have actually applied the science to answer ..

Get an Aristo front (yoke) and the rear is fine for the GS, mine is set up this way , Aristo 4 speed auto trans with yoke attached to the rear drive shaft of the GS
I agree with 2Jayzee, I have a buddy that has a swapped Aristo 400, same set up as mine, the yoke is the key
