Default Need help from you guys W/3.76LSD

I'm talking with a guy about selling me this unit. he's not sure if it's an lsd. how do we tell. he said it spins both tires when he drops the clutch(switched from auto to 6spd in his TT supra) any other way to tell....i don't want to waste my money, but this unit is way cheaper than a new RMM and i know that rear diff just don't go bad! thanks for all your help! mods please move this if i put it in the wrong section. thanks!

Kev

Since its off the car have him pull the cover & take a pic of the internals...you can tell at that point whats inside, if he doesnt want to do that, then stay away

Seems like prices are going up! You're lucky if you can find one for $800 nowadays. They use to be a bit under $500 years ago
