Thumbs down entry volume thumbwheel?

Either the little speaker or where the sound is coming from is hidden and in a spot its not supposed to be in or the volume has been adjusted. my mechanics said there is a thumbwheel of some sorts under the dash that you can adjust it with. i have searched and i havent found it yet. does anyone here know where it could possibly be? thanks.

Whats an entery volume thumbwheel?

The **** your mechanic is talking about, is for the entery system when you unlock and lock your car (the beeping).

In the GS, you cannot adjust it like it is on OTHER lexus cars. Its either ON, or OFF. And the button is down there.

There is not a thumbwheel in the GS for adjusting the entry volume. There is a C-Best setting that you can have the dealer adjust, but nothing manual. Only one I know about that has this feature is the ES 300/330 and LS 430. Having a Tech look into the possible settings.

i had my mechanics check it out. there is no C-best setting for the volume on my car. he said there should be some way to adjust the volume by hand under the dash somewhere
