Is there a OEM block heater offered from Lexus that I can find?

which I'll see if something like what they mentioned in that thread was sold here, but a problem... Where's the Frost Plug on the block?

Right now, every morning, my brother's 06 330xi have very hard time cranking, and takes at least 5 minutes til there's hot air... friend's GTI is fine cranking, but takes even longer to warm...
