Anyone have these guys for your warranty? I got these guys when I got my car back in april and now i think i may need to use them....anyone have any issues with these guys?

 

another thing is...I just called the nearest lexus near me and they said that they dont deal with my warranty company...anybody know if this is for all lexus dealers or just these guys (Lexus of Woofield Chicago).

 

Some warranty companies won't pay us the proper rates, so we have to charge the cust the difference. Some make us jump through hoops to get paid and/or don't pay for a while so they may not be accepted. This is at the dealers choice though. One dealer may say no and another will take them. So far I haven't turned away a warranty company, just as long as the cust understands what they may be paying in the end.
