Hey guys does anyone have a good reconmidations for third party warranty service. I went in yesterday to have my TSB perfeormed for cam gear rattle done and was informed since I do not have Lexus Extended Warranty i would have to pay $2000 out of pocket to have it fixed. The SA informed me to look info any third party warranty companies outside of Lexus .

the third party warranty may not pay for that specific repair should you purchase one now that it has been identified as needed, at least not at a lexus dealership as it's likely been recorded. but maybe i'm totally wrong - i've never dealt with a third-party warranty service.

also, i'd imagine they would want the car fully inspected prior to making any agreements. by who? i'm not sure on that either.

anyhow, i suppose that's the end of my throwing out of ideas that popped into my head. haha.
