Default Tach Wire?

Where is the tach wire on a 99 gs300? On the wire diagrams i go to it says it is a black/yellow on pin#16 of a 28 pin plug in the ecu box. SO i open the ecu box in the engine and the only 28 pin plug has a red/black wire in plug 16 and a yellow/black plug in pin 17. Please help

Or use this RPM spot from the SRT ECU wiring.
